Motivated Coach is a service to assist with your personal career and life issues.

Over 17 years of career coaching (prior experience includes: college of business administration career services coordinator, director of outplacement center, career consultant, employment specialist, career counselor and employment counselor).

Two Programs:

1) Corporate Career Development: Initiate and support company programs that value employees and their own individual development plans. This can be very effective as a corporate enrichment for talent retention. The program promotes ways employees can improve themselves through skill gap reduction, individual development plan, and personal empowerment. This process brings new awareness to the value of the individual employee; as a result, the employee recognizes the company's investment in them.

2) Individual Career Development: Assisting you identify and assess individual career development plans and goal setting that will further your career towards your dream. This coaching process is known to motivate employees to improve performance and take control of their own future.  Peak performance comes from employees that are happy about their situation.
